Installation and commissioning of PZ30 lighting distribution box
Installation:
1. Firstly, confirm that the installation location of PZ30 lighting box is free of explosive, corrosive gases or dust;.
2. Confirm that there is no severe vibration at the installation location of PZ30 distribution box, and that sufficient height is left above the ground.
3. Confirm that the ambient temperature is between -5 ℃ and 40 ℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 90% at room temperature, and there is no condensation; If the ambient temperature and humidity exceed this requirement, a specially designed switch control cabinet is required. Or take certain measures before use.
4. The supply voltage is between -10% and+10%
5. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.
Debugging:
Preparation before debugging: Confirm whether the control cabinet is installed in place; Confirm whether the surface of the cabinet is damaged and whether it affects insulation; Confirm whether the cabinet is dry and tidy; Confirm whether the wiring inside the cabinet is loose or detached; Are there any excess wire ends or foreign objects (such as wrenches, welding electrodes, small copper bars) inside the cabinet; Check each bolt for looseness or collision; Manually test whether the mechanical interlocking is reliable and accurate; Check if the disconnection of the switchgear is good, there should be no jamming phenomenon;
Debugging:
Power on the cabinet control power supply and conduct simulated action tests according to the electrical schematic requirements of the equipment to test whether each control circuit works normally and meets the design requirements. Use a test power supply to power on, electrically switch on and off, and see if the action is accurate.
